Coco caramel - kit

All you need to make your own Coco caramels!


The kit contains:

  • 1  Virgin Kokosolja
  • 1  Coconut butter
  • 1  Raw Agave
  • 1  Vaniljpulver
  • 1  Kokossocker
  • 1  Himalayan Crystal Salt
  • 1  Raw Kokoschips 20 gram ( not in picture )

2 dl Virgin coconut oil
2.5 dl Coconut Sugar
1 dl Raw Agave 
4 tablespoons cocoa butter, melted in a water bath
2 pinches Vanilla Powder
1 pinch of Himalayan Salt

Topping: Raw Coconut Chips


Melt the coconut oil in a heavy saucepan and add the coconut sugar and agave. Stir constantly so that it does not burn on the bottom. Add the coconut butter, vanilla powder and salt. Let simmer until the caramel reaches 118-120 degrees celcius or until it releases from the pan bottom. You can also try "kultricket": pour some caramel in a glass with cold water. If you can roll the caramel into a ball and it's ready. Pour the batter on a baking sheet and sprinkle with Raw Coconut Chips. Let it harden and cut into pieces.
