Organic Hazelnuts

I eat hazelnuts chopped with fruit, dipped in raw chocolate, or just they are. Nutty love!

From hazelnuts, I often do this easy peasy nut milk:

Mix 2.5 dl hazelnuts with 1 liter of water and a pinch of salt. Strain into a milkbag and you have a wonderful nutmilk that you can drink as it is or mix it with some vanilla powder.

The advantage of doing nutmilk on hazelnuts is that they do not need to be soaked for 12 hours. The milk hold for 2-3 days in the refrigerator, store in glass jug or glass bottle.

I use the pulp for raw food balls, veggie beefs and raw food desserts, as an ingredient in a pie or cake base.
