Organic Buckwheat

Organic - 500 grams

Buckwheat kernels is the base of my cooking. My buckwheat is organic and hulled. Despite the name, buckwheat is not related to wheat. It's naturally free of gluten. The taste is a bit like grass. It is easily digestible and rich in minerals and B vitamins.

To boil Buckwheat:
Calc 0.5 cups buckwheat per person. Rinse the buckwheat in hot water and then in cold water. Boil water (1.5 cups per person) and add buckwheat, salt and some spices. Boil for 10-15 minutes.
Use for casseroles, mix it into the vegetable beefes or marinate and put in the salad. Suitable for so much!
